The binder was perfect for my big Kpop collection!

While the product itself was good, I was quite disappointed in the lack of communication. I tried twice reaching out because my product was supposed to arrive by the 13th and it had passed that day. It didn’t ship until the 16th and I didn’t receive it until the 20th. I wasn’t upset about how long it took, I just wish if there was going to be a deviation from what was promised, that someone would have responded to my inquiry about its status instead of leaving me hanging with a pre shipment status for a week.

I really hope they make more! I love this binder

My first ever bibder, and I'm obsessed! It's so well designed, and despite being a final stock, it's perfect! I wish they continued this one, but I can't wait to see the next design!
