Shipping Policy

International Shipping & Customs Fees

For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

Customs policies vary by country, and we have no control over these charges or how they are assessed. Your local customs authority will determine the exact amount due. Any applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order for the package to be released and delivered.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the order will be considered abandoned. In such cases, shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs are non-refundable, and refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus any incurred costs.

Delivery Delays

International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance processes, which are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Important Notes

  • We are unable to mark orders as “gift” or declare a lower value to avoid customs fees.

  • Customs authorities may require additional information from the recipient before releasing the shipment.

  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in delayed delivery, return, or disposal of the package by the carrier or customs office.
