Privacy Policy

MeowCafeShop ("we", "us") operates meowcafeshop.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from our store, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Order information — when you place an order we receive your name, email address, shipping address, and the items you purchased. This is required to fulfill and ship your order.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and similar). We never see or store your full card number.
  • Store activity — for visitors outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use the analytics and advertising tools described below. For visitors in those regions, we do not run analytics or advertising tracking at all — only cookies strictly necessary for the store (such as your cart and checkout) are used.

Analytics and advertising tools we use

  • Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics) — measures which ads and pages lead to purchases, so we can understand our advertising and site traffic.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — measures purchases resulting from our ads on those platforms.
  • TikTok — measures purchases resulting from our ads on TikTok.
  • Judge.me — powers the product reviews shown on our product pages.
  • UpPromote — tracks referrals from our affiliate partners so they can be credited.

Each of these providers uses the data it receives under its own privacy policy. None of them run for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

Who we share information with

  • Shopify — our store platform, which hosts the site and processes orders.
  • Payment processors — to charge your order.
  • Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners — your name and address, so your order can be delivered. This includes our international fulfillment partner for orders shipped with our international delivered-duty-paid service.
  • The advertising and analytics providers listed above, for visitors outside the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers. Sharing personal information with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some U.S. state privacy laws; see "Your choices and rights" below for how to opt out.

How long we keep information

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting, tax, and customer-support purposes.

Your choices and rights

  • Access, correction, deletion — email us at meowcafeshop@gmail.com and we will provide, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to keep by law. We will respond within the time limits that apply where you live (generally 30–45 days).
  • U.S. state residents — you can opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising on our Your Privacy Choices page. If you visit our site with a Global Privacy Control signal enabled in your browser, we treat that as an opt-out request for that browser and device.
  • EEA, UK, and Switzerland residents — we do not run analytics or advertising tracking for visitors in these regions, so there is nothing to opt out of. Your rights of access, rectification, and erasure regarding your order information apply through the email address above.
