I purchased three meowcafe binders three weeks ago and the package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I contacted my post office and inquired about the status of my package. They confirmed the package was in fact delivered, leading me to believe it had been stolen. Of course this was not meowcafe's fault. Unfortunately, even if I file a claim with the post office, I am at a loss of $30 since USPS Ground Advantage only insures up to $100 value.

About two weeks later I once again bought the same meowcafe order. This time, I asked an assistant in the chat if meowcafe is able to add delivery instructions before shipping the package, they said yes. Therefore, I left the delivery instructions in the additional comments section when placing my order. On the day my package was out for delivery, I called the post office to confirm they received the delivery instructions since on my side of the tracking there was none displayed. They said the package did not have any delivery instruction note listed. Luckily, the carrier was kind enough to make a stop and personally hand deliver the package to me.

Meowcafe's lack to include the delivery instructions like I asked for put my package in risk of being stolen again. I understand I am not eligible for a refund on my first order, but Meowcafe should be more attentive in following requests given in their additional comments section for customers.

I love the light blue color that fits my aesthetics. Holds a lot of my dahyun photocards that I use double sided pages from the shop. It holds very well and doesn't leave my pages dirty and kept safe from dust. Will recommend to collectors who have a lot of photocards

This binder is so cute and definitely worth the money!!!

The binder is amazing! its super sturdy and perfect for your kpop collection! its so cute and fits all of my photocards perfectly! the sleeve pages fit all of my photocards double sleeved and arent too snug on them and arent hard to take out of the sleeve pages! tysm!!
