Go to meowcafeshop.com/pages/meowcafe-international-warehouse. If a green bar offers to switch the store to your country, click Switch. Otherwise use the Shopping from picker under the intro text and choose your country. Prices change to your currency and the international order rules apply.

The estimator on the page is preset to your country. Tap + Add to estimate on a few items to see your delivered DDP price — duties and taxes are already in that number.

Only items marked In stock internationally ship from the international warehouse. Tap Add to cart on those cards. Your cart shows a green note when everything in it is available internationally, and a beige note naming any item that is not — remove it, or order it separately.

A4 and A5 binder cards with the purple Pre-order badge can be pre-ordered internationally from September 25 with the Pre-order button. The second round runs September 25 through October 30 and ships from the international warehouse around November 30. There is no per-order binder limit for international warehouse orders; each style has a limited allocation. Orders with more than one pre-order item, or pre-order items together with in-stock items, ship in one parcel once everything is in stock — around November 30. If one binder arrives early, the order waits for the rest.

Enter your address at checkout and select Economy International — DDP. That price includes shipping, duties and taxes — nothing to pay on delivery. If the option is missing, an item in your cart is not stocked at the international warehouse: the cart note tells you which one.

Every order ships complete from a single warehouse. Keep your cart to green-badge items (and, from September 25, purple pre-order binders) and the DDP rate is yours. Mixed carts still check out — they ship from the US at standard international rates instead.

It's our second fulfillment center, created so collectors across Asia-Pacific, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America and Saudi Arabia can get MeowCafe products with much lower shipping costs and no surprises at delivery. It carries a growing part of our catalog with its own stock.

Use the Shopping from picker on the International Warehouse page (a green bar may also offer the switch automatically). It sets your currency and the international order rules. The DDP rate at checkout follows your shipping address either way, so you can never end up with the wrong rate.

In stock internationally — available now from the international warehouse.
Coming Sept 25 / Restocking — part of the international catalog, stock on its way.
Pre-order — A4 and A5 binders you can pre-order internationally from September 25, shipping around November 30.

Every order ships complete from a single warehouse — that's how we keep shipping affordable and avoid split deliveries. Your cart tells you before checkout whether it qualifies for international DDP shipping, and exactly which items to remove or order separately if it doesn't.

No. Keep shopping as before: your orders ship from our US warehouse. The International Warehouse page and its picker are for customers in the 46 countries it serves.

Yes — the international catalog grows with every restock. If something you want shows Coming soon or Restocking today, check back, or order it from the US warehouse anytime.

DDP means Delivered Duty Paid: on eligible international-warehouse orders, duties and taxes are handled as part of your shipping rate — nothing to pay on delivery, no customs paperwork, no surprise fees at your door.

Rates are calculated from your cart's actual weight and destination, and you'll see the exact price at checkout as "Economy International — DDP" — typically well below courier rates for the same parcel, with all duties and taxes already included.

Checkout shows an estimated delivery window for your address when you select the DDP rate — most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks of shipping. Estimates aren't guarantees; customs and carrier volumes can occasionally add time.

46 countries: the United Kingdom and Ireland, the EU (including Switzerland and Norway), Australia and New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru. The full list is on the International Warehouse page. If the DDP rate appears at checkout for your address, you're eligible.

That means an item in your cart isn't currently stocked at the international warehouse — your cart names it before you get to checkout. Remove it to unlock the DDP rate, or continue with standard shipping from our US warehouse.

Checkout works exactly as always, with all our usual payment methods, shown in your local currency where supported.

We restock the international warehouse regularly. Restocking items stay in the catalog and come back as new stock arrives — and you can always order them from the US warehouse in the meantime.

Yes — A4 and A5 binders with the purple Pre-order badge, from September 25 through October 30. They ship from the international warehouse around November 30 with DDP shipping; the product page shows the international pre-order tracker. Pre-orders are final sale and can't be cancelled. Orders with more than one pre-order item, or pre-order items together with in-stock items, ship in one parcel once everything is in stock — around November 30. If one binder arrives early, the order waits for the rest.

Occasionally an item sells out at our US warehouse while international stock remains. International customers can order it normally; it returns for everyone once US stock arrives.

International-warehouse orders ship with tracked delivery — you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way, just like any MeowCafe order.

The usual place: meowcafeshop@gmail.com. Same team, same care, whichever warehouse shipped your order.
