US warehouse shows our full catalog with standard international shipping rates. You can switch anytime — your cart is never deleted.

Every order ships complete from a single warehouse — that's how we keep shipping affordable and avoid split deliveries. Your cart tells you before checkout whether it qualifies for international DDP shipping, and exactly which items to remove or order separately if it doesn't.

The toggle appears for visitors in countries the International warehouse currently ships to. If you're elsewhere (including the US and Canada), nothing changes for you — you'll see our store exactly as before.

Yes — the international catalog grows with every restock. If something you want shows "Sold out internationally" or "US warehouse only" today, check back, or grab it from the US warehouse anytime.

DDP means Delivered Duty Paid: on eligible international-warehouse orders, duties and taxes are handled as part of your shipping rate — nothing to pay on delivery, no customs paperwork, no surprise fees at your door.

Rates are calculated from your cart's actual weight and destination, and you'll see the exact price at checkout as "Economy International — DDP" — typically well below courier rates for the same parcel, with all duties and taxes already included.

Checkout shows an estimated delivery window for your address when you select the DDP rate — most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks of shipping. Estimates aren't guarantees; customs and carrier volumes can occasionally add time.

The United Kingdom, European Union countries, and Australia. If the DDP rate appears at checkout for your address, you're eligible — it's that simple. We're expanding coverage over time.

That usually means an item in your cart isn't currently stocked at the International warehouse — the cart page lists which one before you get to checkout. You can remove it to unlock the DDP rate, or continue with standard shipping from our US warehouse.

Checkout works exactly as always, with all our usual payment methods, shown in your local currency where supported.

We restock the International warehouse regularly. Items marked sold out internationally stay in the catalog and come back as new stock arrives — and you can always order them from the US warehouse in the meantime.

Selected pre-orders will ship from the International warehouse, with the ship date shown on the product page. Pre-orders are final sale and can't be cancelled — each product page carries its own dates and terms.

Occasionally an item sells out at our US warehouse while international stock remains. International customers can order it normally; it returns for everyone once US stock arrives.

International-warehouse orders ship with tracked delivery — you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way, just like any MeowCafe order.
