It was cloudy, but then I figured out that it has a protective film on each piece, both sides. Take those off, and you get a super clear picture. It doesn't feel like a flimsy piece of junk either. I slotted in my 6 IVE Switch cards, and I love it.

Wanted to update my review. The frame is great - turns out the cloudiness was actually plastic protective film. Every piece - front, back, and slotted middle - is protected on both sides. The protective film is very strong - the frame survived a few rough days in my trash can until I was informed about the film. I washed it off, removed the film, and set up my cards. The acrylic is totally spotless despite the rough treatment.
