Thinner than our other sleeves — on purpose

All our other Meowcafe sleeves are 100 micron extra thick, built to be the outer layer. This inner sleeve is 60 micron and flexible by design: it goes inside a 100 micron outer sleeve, so the pair stays slim enough to shuffle and fit binder pages and deck boxes. If you want a single, thick sleeve, choose one of our 100 micron 66x91 mm outer sleeves instead.

How to double sleeve

Slide the card into this inner sleeve first, then into any 66x91 mm outer sleeve. The snug 64x89 mm fit stops the card from shifting inside the outer sleeve and seals it against dust and moisture, while the 60 micron flexible film adds almost no thickness. Pair it with our Bubble Mint 66x91 mm Colored Frame Sleeve (BM-F series) for a color-coded frame, or our 66x91 mm hologram sleeve (SH series) for special effects.

Why CPP

CPP and PP are made of the same raw material but with different manufacturing techniques.

• Both CPP and PP are PVC-Free and Acid-Free
• CPP is stronger: the manufacturing process requires the polymer to have a higher density and strength to withstand being pulled from different directions, which makes it more tear-resistant
• At 60 micron this CPP sleeve stays flexible, so it slides on easily and bends without creasing while still resisting tears
