I’m going to be completely honest with my review. I love your products but I, as we all do, have a problem with the production of this binder. I’ve used these for my collection for a while, and I thought meowcafe would fix the problem by now where the Chicago screws don’t screw in because of the uneven ripple surface on the outside, but no they haven’t fixed it. It’s been a long time since I bought my first binder of this kind, they have had more than enough time to listen to feedback from people who simply want a working product. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing for everyone. I don’t intend to stress your team out by writing this, I’m not asking you directly to change the product because I can just simply not buy it, I just wish to be honest. It seems nobody on the meowcafe team has built one of these binders, and if they have, they’re knowingly selling you a product that hasn’t gone through much testing. If you want something that is purely for display and you never touch it or move it, then this binder is for you. It’s very pretty. The solution would be so easy to fix in production but they haven’t done it yet. (Flattening the ripple side only underneath the hinges would solve the problem.) Every single one of the screws does not fully go in, I can’t bring the binder anywhere without it falling apart and scratching. With respect, I’m not spending $45 on 3 bendy pieces of acrylic again unless the problem is fixed, because it takes away the entire point of a binder. The binder looks absolutely lovely, but there is little protection. I hope that the one problem every customer has, gets fixed, it would make us really happy and that’s all we ask for. Its so big and looks amazing on my shelf. The materials are sturdy. You do have to assemble it but it comes with everything you need.

Took about 3 hours to assemble in total because screws kept moving around. They wouldn’t tighten at all, so either you spend 10 minutes trying to screw them on or leave them loose.

I love the look of this binder a lot. Although, I do wish that it was made with stronger acrylic materials. But, overall it still does its job of storing your photo cards collection well.

I added some embellishments to the binder to fit my aesthetic and it elevates the binder even more.
